UPDATE: 12 July 2010: Steve Comer, Liberal Democrat City Councillor for Eastville, circulated the text of the Council motion to the Association of Liberal Democrat Councillors, and Liberal Democrat Friends of Palestine in the hope that some other Councils might also want to consider debating the issue.
