Israelis poisoned Flotilla activists' property

The latest evidence of Israel's dishonesty and thuggery comes via a letter sent by IHH to interested embassies. It describes what happened after international pressure forced the return of some of the stolen Flotilla property:

"The Israeli security forces confiscated the properties of all volunteers, smashed and searched them on the boat many times and finally shipped some of the properties to Turkey with the same airplane. [carrying the activists] The following is the detail of shipment of the properties to Turkey and delivery to their owners.

The properties shipped with Turkish Airlines aircrafts were brought to the Forensic Medicine Institute the same night and were exhibited here by and under the supervision of police. Since the affected volunteers who were brought to Turkey with a charter flight of the Turkish Airlines were also taken to the Institute, they picked up their belongings there. Unclaimed properties were handed to the IHH Humanitarian Relief Foundation and taken to the foundation’s warehouse by IHH officials.
Warehouse personnel gave the volunteers who came by the warehouse and identified their belongings, and registered the delivery. However, the volunteers who identified their belongings at the Forensic Medicine Institute and at the foundation’s warehouse stated they found the properties to be in a quite different condition than when they were confiscated. The properties were delivered to Turkey as trashed, emptied, packed with some other stuff or smashed. They were found to be soiled, bedraggled. There are suitcases among the baggage that contains broken or smashed camera, video camera, and notebook computers, none of them functional.
When the properties were brought to the Forensic Medicine Institute, their condition was recorded by lawyers and a copy of the records was submitted by lawyers of the affected volunteers to be included in the investigation file in Turkey.
The IHH personnel at the warehouse were affected by strange and unidentifiable scent coming from the baggage and had to see a doctor because of symptoms like nausea, vomiting, itching, coughing, etc. The doctors advised them to stay away from the baggage and ventilate the venue frequently."
